5 Livestream Zoom classes taken from the comfort of your own home (see schedule below)

The ability to take class on your own time. Can’t make it to class live? Do you want to repeat a class? You will have access to the Zoom replay for 7 days after each class.

Individualized feedback - if your video is on during a live class, I will offer you verbal assists to help you know that you are doing the poses safely and effectively.

Unlimited email support from me during the 5 weeks of the course.

The knowledge of the fundamentals of power vinyasa yoga - by the end of course, you’ll have gained the confidence to practice on your own or in a group class.
